Join our growing **Logistics** team as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** regulations and wear required **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve **Logistics** goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking/packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of **Logistics** processes is beneficial.
- Dedication to workplace **Safety**.
