About
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a hands-on role supporting our **Logistics** operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including loading and unloading, order fulfillment, stocking, and general housekeeping. If you enjoy physical work and being part of a productive team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures and wear assigned **PPE**.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as required.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **Logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **Safety**.
