The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the physical ability to handle tasks involving frequent Lifting. While previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial, we offer thorough training for motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Inspect inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock received items into designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and final checks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE consistently and correctly.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
