Our bustling distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our team. As an Order Picker, you'll be the heart of our fulfillment process, accurately selecting and preparing items for shipment. This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will utilize advanced scanning technology to locate products, ensuring precision in every pick. We are committed to providing a secure workplace, offering all necessary PPE and comprehensive training in operational procedures and safety protocols. The role involves considerable physical activity, including Lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety .
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including rigorous safety standards.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Willingness to use all provided PPE and strictly follow all safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
