We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our thriving logistics operations in Dallas, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily success, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and storing goods to fulfilling orders and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our facility, directly contributing to our logistics performance and customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; adherence to all guidelines and the correct utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks with care and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through scanning and record-keeping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as directed by supervisors to support overall logistics goals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar labor-intensive role is advantageous.
- Capability to perform consistent lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of and commitment to warehouse safety practices, including the use of PPE.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
