Are you ready to take the lead in transforming projects across the UK? Carrier is excited to announce an opportunity for a Modernisation Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London!

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex refurbishment and turnkey projects. Your leadership will ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We’re looking for a proactive leader who can:

• Inspire and manage site teams, providing clear direction and motivation to achieve project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate activities for timely delivery.
• Facilitate seamless communication between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operational service teams.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and target margin delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct audits to maintain standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure continuity.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in HVAC or a related construction industry.
• Knowledge of HVACR or similar industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• A valid UK Driving Licence.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
