Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? Carrier is excited to announce an opportunity for a Modernisation Project Manager in the vibrant city of London. In this pivotal role, you will lead and deliver complex refurbishment and turnkey projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We’re looking for a proactive leader who can manage teams, drive operational improvements, and implement innovative solutions to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery and review.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Lead and manage site teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and coordinate activities for timely and successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operational service teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and meeting KPIs.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and target margin delivery.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting audits and maintaining records.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, adjusting plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or a construction-related industry.
  • Knowledge of HVACR or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • IT literate with strong MS Office skills.
