Your RoleAs an Apprentice Service Technician , your mission is to dive deep into the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, ultimately qualifying as a skilled HVAC Service Technician. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Regularly attending the College of NW London to pursue a Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps qualification.
- Working with a variety of HVAC equipment, from small products to large commercial systems.
- Shadowing qualified Technicians during customer site visits.
- Learning about refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Assisting in troubleshooting technical challenges, both in-person and remotely.
- Gaining experience with control panels, pumps, and digital control systems.
We seek enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn and grow! Here’s what you need:
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, Science, and ICT or Engineering.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A bright, inquisitive mind with a passion for learning.
- Good written English skills.
- An interest in M&E, Engineering, and the HVAC industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Confidence and articulate communication skills.
