As an Apprentice Technical Advisor, your mission is to dive deep into the HVAC industry and provide essential support to our customers, internal engineers, and sales teams. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage inbound calls from customers and engineers.
• Investigate customer issues and provide technical assistance on Viessmann products via phone and email.
• Identify and select parts for spare part inquiries.
• Handle technical inquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Viessmann products.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, help sheets, reports, and records in our internal CRM system.
• Assist with any other duties to support Viessmann technical operations.

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, and ICT or Engineering.
• Full UK driving license.
• A keen learner with a bright, inquisitive mind.
• Good written English skills.
• An interest in Engineering and the HVAC industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Confident and articulate communication skills.

• A competitive starting salary of £20,000.
