As a Technical Programme Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and tactical projects within our Product & Tech team. This position supports various engineering teams across multiple locations, providing essential project and programme management support and leadership.

• Lead priority objectives and initiatives involving multiple product teams across different business areas.
• Manage programme structures, governance, and reporting for various work streams, including progress measurement.
• Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to plan and deliver programme requirements against agreed milestones.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and challenges, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Drive changes through the programme/project lifecycle and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) in collaboration with TPMs and initiative owners.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and meets strategic goals by working closely with programme sponsors.
• Implement standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
• Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring operational readiness.
• Champion a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities through regular reflection and data inspection.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and driving project success.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and marketing teams to ensure risk control and successful project rollout.
