Senior IT Program Manager (PMP)
to lead enterprise-level technical projects within a government environment. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on project execution expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex IT projects end-to-end Develop and maintain detailed project plans & WBS Oversee budget, cost analysis, and financial management Facilitate meetings and executive-level reporting (including Legislative/Steering Committees) Manage risk tracking, mitigation, and issue resolution Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Coordinate IV&V oversight activities Track schedules and technical performance using Microsoft Project Collaborate with stakeholders, program offices, and technical teams Ensure compliance with data security and project governance standards Required Qualifications: ✔ 8+ years of IT Program Management experience ✔ Active PMP Certification ✔ 8+ years in budgeting, risk management, UAT, and reporting ✔ Strong experience with Microsoft Project ✔ Experience in government/public sector projects preferred This is a fully onsite role in Tallahassee, FL. Only local candidates will be considered.
