Job description. Senior Analytics Engineer (dbt / Snowflake) Location: Belfast / hybrid / remote Working Hours: Ability to work until 6:30pm-7:00pm GMT (PST alignment required) Eligibility: UK right to work required (no sponsorship available) We're hiring a senior Analytics Engineer to play a key role in strengthening and scaling a modern data stack. This is a high ownership role for someone who goes beyond tickets - analysing systems, improving models, and helping shape priorities alongside Revenue stakeholders. Why join? * Senior, high-impact role with real autonomy * Strong focus on dbt modelling and analytics engineering best practice * Direct collaboration with commercial stakeholders * Distributed international team (US, LATAM, UK) What you'll be doing: * Designing and maintaining high-quality dbt models * Moving custom SQL logic from Tableau into structured, model-driven workflows * Improving data marts and strengthening reporting foundations * Ensuring KPI consistency and improving reporting reliability * Translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions * Contributing to clarity, prioritisation, and technical direction What you'll bring: * Solid experience in analytics / data engineering * Deep expertise in dbt (modelling, performance optimisation, grain selection) * Strong SQL skills with confidence in complex transformations * Experience with Snowflake * Familiarity with Tableau as a downstream reporting layer * Exposure to Segment, Fivetran, and RDS ingestion workflows * Excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness Interested?
