Process Optimizer - HRBS

Experience Required :

• 6 year +
• Exposure to NGBS/Shared Services ways of working
• Hands-on understanding of technology including SAP, Success Factors
• Strong understanding of NCE & Continuous Improvement

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Identify Opportunities for Efficiency/Automation for the H2R
• Facilitate the design of Automation Global Automation Initiatives and lead the design for Local initiatives for the H2R
• Provide ongoing guidance to the Automation Partners and ensure Process changes are captured and implemented for the H2R
• Drive Operational Service Performance for the H2R
• Provide ongoing support to the Market Account Lead
• Drive Continuous Improvement within the H2R with a focus on Operational Efficiency and feedback from Markets
• Perform the role of the "FI Pillar Member" for the H2R and Coach teams to calculate the results from respective initiatives
