Border Security Specialist

The role of a Border Patrol Agent is to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders. This involves detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, as well as preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens at or near the borders.

• Detecting anomalies in customs and immigrations laws, utilizing observational skills to identify potential violators.
• Engaging with suspects in an official capacity, exercising professionalism while maintaining vigilance towards threats to national security.
