Operations Manager- (Logistics ,Dispatch, Overseeing Foremen/project managers) We are a dynamic, fast-growing organization specializing in heavy haul logistics, construction transport, and concrete services, providing critical support to complex infrastructure projects. We are seeking a full-time hands-on Operations Manager to drive the daily execution of our integrated transportation and concrete construction divisions. In this role, you will lead a team of drivers, manage a specialized fleet, and direct site foremen to ensure projects are perfectly staffed and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of balancing efficient dispatching with on-site project management, while proactively resolving daily operational challenges.
