The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Operator Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical ability, problem-solving skills, and safe work behaviors. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk throughout your shift.
Your primary duties will include pulling and weighing film rolls, cutting cores, moving resin, assisting line start-up, learning to operate a forklift, and assisting other projects as needed.
The Benefits Package:
We offer an attractive benefits package that includes a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 with a pay increase of $.50 at six months.
