Key Responsibilities: Jurisdictional law enforcement; detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws; inspecting documents and personal effects, as well as preventing illegal entry by undocumented noncitizens. Additional duties include interpreting tracks, marks or physical evidence of illicit activity while performing regular checks on farms, buildings, roads, cities and waterways using government assets such as vehicles. maintaining surveillance from covert positions during nighttime operations utilizing infrared scopes;
