Key Responsibilities:
- To protect America's borders from illegal activities;
•To patrol designated areas on foot or via vehicle (patrols may be made on land water air). Some agents are assigned duties along roads bridges etc., others do coastal surveillance using boats; while still more operate within localities that encompass large cities metropolitan districts outer suburbs where they focus mainly preventative measures towards potential threats before incidents occur
