Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Software Architect with a Secret Clearance to support ATS and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. This is in support of the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: At least 8-10 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET, MVC) Experience in the architectural design of software development Managed and led enterprise-wide software development efforts Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented Design (OOD) Has strong experience developing applications using the Agile methodology Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects Good oral and written communication skills Requirements: Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or related experience Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred Secret Clearance required Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: The company is an equal opportunity employer.
