Experienced Border Protection Professional

This position involves working as a seasoned law enforcement professional in protecting our nation's borders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their skills and experience to make a meaningful contribution.

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws through surveillance using infrared scopes at night.
• Inspecting documents and possessions for citizenship or violations while maintaining covert positions.

The salary for this position ranges from $63,148 to $120,145 per year. Base Salary includes GL-9/GS-11 grade level compensation plus Locality Pay which varies depending on your assigned duty location. You may be eligible for an additional 25% overtime pay.
The duty location impacts salaries due to differences in local economy conditions resulting higher/lower Locality Pay rates across various stations including those mentioned below:  —  El Paso Sector Stations (Alamogordo&, Clint&, Deming)&,  El Centro Sector Stations (Calexico);&- Grande Valley Sector Stations.
