We have the following position (m/f/d) to fill in the Office for Digitalization, Smart City, and Information Technology - Information and Communication Department - as soon as possible:
IT Administrator User ServiceThe Information and Communication Department is the internal IT service provider for municipal offices, city councils, and schools. We maintain a professional and future-oriented IT and telecommunications infrastructure with over 200 servers and more than 2,400 clients at 95 locations.
Your tasks- 1st and 2nd level support, including on-site support, documentation, and assistance with rollouts
- Independent error analysis and troubleshooting of client systems
- Participation in the further development of school IT
- Ongoing analysis and assignment of technical inquiries to the relevant departments in the ticket system
- Support in the selection, introduction, and procurement of software and hardware, as well as inventory management

Your profile- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or alternatively, completed training as an IT specialist for system integration with several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft products and application programs
- In-depth knowledge of servers, firewalls, and networks
- Enthusiasm and motivation to constantly acquire new knowledge and skills
- Helpfulness, enjoyment of problem solving, and customer focus
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- An independent and structured approach to work and the ability to work under pressure
- Decision-making skills, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Business fluent German, both written and spoken
- Valid class B driver's license
- A secure, modern workplace with a permanent full-time position (39 hours per week). Part-time employment of at least 75% is possible. Please indicate your desired level of employment in your application.
