La Roseraie private seniors' residence is seeking an Administrative Assistant specializing in HR. - Scheduling - Payroll processing - Onboarding and integration of new employees - Occupational health and safety - Support for department managers


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: To be discussed based on experience


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All other related tasks
  • Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • Complete lease requests
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Produce monthly reports

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
