Required: Minimum D.E.P. or D.E.C. in business and accounting. 3 to 5 years in a similar position which includes the following tasks.
Tasks: General ledger account analysis, month end & year end procedures to trial balance, monthly accrual and adjusting journal entries and year end schedules. Accounts payable processing knowledge. Billing, including accounts receivable activities, analysis and collections. Reconcilliations of inter-company accounts, banking & reconciliation. Government remittances and reporting GST/QST & Corporate & all other duties as assigned by the Controller.
Canadian residents residing the the Montreal area only need apply. Salaray to commensurate with experience.
DEP or DEC in business and Accounting
Experience with EPICOR Program or any other ERP SYSTEMS, MS Office especially EXCEL
General Ledger account analysis , knowledge of accounts payable , receivable & Government remittances
