* Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams by providing leadership in team management, conflict resolution, and motivation to ensure cohesive progress toward project milestones.
* Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies like Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
* Monitor project performance through earned value management and other KPIs; report progress regularly using compelling presentations and dashboards.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts while overseeing IT infrastructure projects or product development initiatives to ensure quality standards are met.
* Facilitate meetings effectively for status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder alignment; utilize collaboration tools such as Confluence or SharePoint for documentation.
* Ensure compliance with project management standards such as PMBOK or PRINCE2; oversee project documentation including technical writing and process documentation.

* Proven experience supervising complex projects across multiple teams with a strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in program development, scope management, risk mitigation, and cost control within diverse industries.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools for scheduling and resource planning.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, negotiate with stakeholders, and present complex data clearly.
* Deep understanding of business process modeling techniques including Lean principles and Six Sigma tools for process improvement initiatives.
* Analytical mindset with data analysis skills for collection and interpretation of project metrics; experience with data collection tools is preferred.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is advantageous; familiarity with ERP systems or content management systems is a plus.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or equivalent are highly desirable. Pay: $77,691.80 - $93,564.33 per year
