The Role We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that drive real business value. This is a field-based role across the UK, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s future technology landscape. You will act as a technical leader, governing solution design, defining architecture strategy, and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective implementations aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Cloud & Architecture * Design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure * Define and govern architectural standards and best practices DevOps & Engineering Excellence * Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines * Deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions * Support containerisation and modern deployment strategies Data & Integration * Contribute to data architecture strategy * Work with Azure analytics platforms such as Power BI, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric * Design APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns Security & Governance * Embed a security-first mindset across all solutions * Implement IAM, RBAC, and ensure GDPR compliance Strategic Impact * Act as a key contributor to the digital transformation programme * Lead technical strategy and influence long-term architecture decisions Key Requirements: * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure * Proven expertise in APIs, microservices, and modern integration approaches * Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code * Experience working within complex enterprise environments * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Why Join? * Be part of a large-scale digital transformation programme * Join a respected UK market leader in food production * Work within a company committed to sustainability and achieving Net Zero by 2050 * Influence strategic technology direction at enterprise level * Fully remote position If you are a forward-thinking Azure DevOps Engineer looking to drive meaningful change within a leading UK organisation, we would love to hear from you
