We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a . This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, punctual and possess a strong commitment to excellence.
Duties
  • Act as the Chef's right hand in daily operations;

  • Contribute to the preparation of sauces, pasta, dish bases, and other food items to be served in Ottavio restaurants, as well as portioning;

  • Monitor the cooking, assembling, and cooling of food prepared in large volumes;

  • Comply with hygiene and safety standards for large-scale food production;

  • Handle ingredients with precision to avoid any cross-contamination related to allergens;

  • Prepare allergy-safe and special diet meals according to established protocols.
