Duties

Act as the Chef's right hand in daily operations;

Contribute to the preparation of sauces, pasta, dish bases, and other food items to be served in Ottavio restaurants, as well as portioning;

Monitor the cooking, assembling, and cooling of food prepared in large volumes;

Comply with hygiene and safety standards for large-scale food production;

Handle ingredients with precision to avoid any cross-contamination related to allergens;

Prepare allergy-safe and special diet meals according to established protocols.
