We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities Provide customers with outstanding service and support Assist in handling customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently Build and maintain strong rapport with customers Provide quotes and process orders for customers Coordinate with other departments on orders Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus Basic Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience Basic accounting or financial knowledge Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability.
