Role Overview The Scrum Master will support Agile delivery for VMO2 product squads, enabling teams to deliver Build + Run outcomes using Scrum / Kanban practices. The role focuses on flow, predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement in a multi‑vendor environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives Enable smooth sprint execution and commitment predictability Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn‑down/up, risks, dependencies) Remove impediments and escalate blockers where required Support Build + Run delivery (development + production support within sprints) Coordinate with Product Owner, Tech Lead, and vendor teams Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity Skills & Experience 5–8+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum / Kanban Experience in product teams (not pure waterfall projects) Comfortable managing dependencies across squads Tools: Jira, Confluence (mandatory)
