Château Baie-Comeau, a welcoming private seniors' residence, is looking for the next exceptional candidate to fill a full-time Leasing Agent position. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: To be discussed based on experience + commissions
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Follow up with clients
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- If required, collaborate on the various residence committees
- Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
- Manage customer inquiries
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Prepare information packets for customers
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- Work in Microsoft Excel to update data
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
