About
We're hiring a full-time Finance VA to manage:
• Bank transfers (Revolut, multi-currency)
• Receipt collection + transaction matching
• 2025 accounting cleanup
• P&L support
This is execution-heavy finance work. Not general VA work.
Requirements:
• Direct experience with payments + bookkeeping
• Female
• Professional appearance & proactive, energetic mindset
• Understand P&L structure
• Fluent English
• Full-time availability
• Minimum 4h daily overlap with EET (Eastern European Time)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup power/work location if in regions with unstable infrastructure (we do not accept frequent disruptions)
$8–25/hr depending on experience.
Upper range requires advanced finance systems experience.
