Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned outbound call tasks
Evaluate the quality and professionalism of the interaction
Provide accurate feedback based on provided guidelines
Meet required call duration and deadlines
Maintain clear communication when needed
Requirements:
Must be currently located in the USA
Fluent English speaker with clear communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Reliable phone and internet connection
Previous QA or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
