About

I'm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support me with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. Your main role will be to help keep my operations running smoothly by managing my personal and business tasks, coordinating with my Virtual Assistants (VAs), and supporting light social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management
Scheduling Bible studies & church meetings
Document organization
Travel planning
Admin for our business
Task tracking (ClickUp/Asana)
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Familiar with tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
- Experience with some social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) (this can vary)
- Bonus: Experience managing teams or remote VAs
Availability:
- Part-time to start (10–15 hours/week), with potential to grow
- Must be responsive and able to communicate during EST time zone
