About

I'm a high-volume real estate investor and wholesale operator looking for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to help drive deals forward and keep the team accountable.
This is not a passive admin role. You will be in the action.
What You'll Do:
Make cold calls and consistent follow-up calls with sellers and buyers
Coordinate showings and manage deal timelines
Check in with acquisitions, dispo, and project teams to ensure execution
Keep contracts, documents, and CRM organized and accurate
Solve problems before they reach me
Be available on Zoom during work hours for live collaboration
Who You Are:
Extremely proactive — you don't wait to be told
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable on the phone (cold calling is required)
Confident, clear communicator
Strong problem solver under pressure
Tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Drive, contracts, etc.)
Available and responsive during business hours

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
