You should have a strong eye for design, understand performance marketing, and know how to create scroll-stopping visuals that convert. We value designers who think beyond aesthetics and understand hooks, messaging hierarchy, and direct response principles.
What You'll Do:
Design static ad creatives for paid social and display
Create short-form motion ads (UGC-style edits, simple animations, text overlays, etc.)
Turn raw footage and brand assets into compelling ad variations
Develop multiple creative iterations for testing
Collaborate on hooks, angles, and messaging
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Motion Graphics, Video Editing, creative design, AI Image Editing
