About
I need an experienced Virtual Assistant with n8n automation expertise to manage large-scale job application campaigns for 10+ software developers.
What You'll Do:
Manage outreach for 10+ developers - Handle resume distribution and personalized email campaigns
Send 100+ emails per developer - Maintain 3+ email accounts per developer to distribute load
Build n8n automation workflows - Integrate AI tools for email personalization at scale
Ensure deliverability - List hygiene, email verification, warm-up strategies, avoid spam filters
Track & optimize - Monitor metrics, manage responses, A/B test campaigns
Required Skills:
Must-Have:
Proven n8n automation experience (or Make, Zapier)
High-volume email outreach (1,000+ emails managed)
AI tools proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Email deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up)
Multi-account management (30+ email accounts)
List verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce)
Nice-to-Have:
Tech recruitment experience
LinkedIn automation
API integrations
Project Scope:
Scale: 10+ developers, 1,000+ emails/week, 30+ email accounts
Duration: Long-term (3-6+ months)
Hours: 20-30 hours/week
Budget: $8-25/hour (based on experience)
Deliverables:
Automated n8n workflows for email outreach
Weekly metrics reports (sent, opened, replied, bounced)
Clean, segmented contact lists
Response management and follow-ups
