Join our Electrical Engineering team and help shape the systems that power the critical infrastructure and buildings in our communities. This early‑career role gives you hands‑on involvement in multidisciplinary projects—supporting energy transition, modern building systems, transit, healthcare, and more. Your Impact
Deliver electrical designs that support safe, efficient, and resilient infrastructure.
Assist with power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication system layouts.
Contribute to modelling, calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
Support coordination with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
Participate in site reviews, field verifications, and construction support tasks.
Help advance digital design standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure quality and industry‑compliant project delivery.
The Skills That Set You Apart
A degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Eligibility to register as an EIT.
Familiarity with electrical design tools and modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SKM/ETAP).
Curiosity for buildings and infrastructure systems, with a desire to learn and innovate.
Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $73,400 – $97,200
MB & ON: $67,000 – $92,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $66,300 – $88,000
