About
This is a field-based position focused on in-person sales activities.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories
Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
Present products and services to prospective clients
Build and maintain ongoing client relationships
Manage daily sales activity and territory coverage
Track client interactions and performance using CRM tools
Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
Participate in training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure
Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset
Prior B2B or field sales experience is a plus, but not required
