We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is driven, reliable, and customer-focused to join our team in Calgary. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for helping people and has an interest in bearing and power transmission products.
Duties
Be the first point of contact for our customers—whether by phone, email, or in person—offering helpful, friendly, and professional service.
Assist with inquiries, order placement, product availability, and technical support.
Recommend products and identify upsell opportunities where appropriate.
Accurately enter and manage orders, quotes, and customer information in our system.
Work closely with outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on our product lines and industry trends to better support customer needs.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support team success.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, industrial sales, or power transmission is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
