About
Title: Solutions Architect - Salesforce CRM
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long Term (Open-ended SOW)
Role Description:
Work directly with the product teams to capture detailed requirements and develop end-to end detailed solution architecture specifications covering both functional and non-functional aspects of the product.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI governance teams to ensure full alignment of solution architecture with enterprise data strategy, AI governance frameworks, security policies, compliance and architecture standards.
Partner with engineering teams to validate that the delivered solution is as per the prescribed architecture specification.
Present architecture artifacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-have skills
5 to 7 years of related experience in Solution Architecture, including 2-3 years as a Solutions Architect focused on large scale projects.
CRM architect must have strong experience with Salesforce.
Experience with technical strategy and design.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills, stakeholder management.
Ability to influence across multiple squads and stakeholders
