We're looking for a Senior Solutions Designer to play a key role in modernizing large-scale enterprise systems within a public sector environment.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and enterprise technology design, with a focus on Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

What You'll Be Doing
Design enterprise-level application solutions aligned with architectural standards
Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional designs
Create solution artifacts including:
Business & Functional Design Documents
Process flows and system diagrams
Wireframes and screen mockups
Use cases and business rules
Lead design efforts across Siebel CRM and AEM platforms
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG / AODA)
Support UAT strategy, QA documentation, and testing plans
Collaborate closely with business, architecture, development, and infrastructure teams
Identify risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies
Contribute to change management and enterprise implementation initiatives
What You Bring
7+ years of enterprise solution design experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM
Experience producing functional and technical design documentation
Ability to create wireframes (Figma / Adobe XD) and process flows
Experience planning and supporting UAT
Solid understanding of accessibility standards
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to Transfer Payment or Grant-based systems
Familiarity with enterprise hosting and infrastructure environments
Experience working in structured methodologies such as RUP or PMBOK
