This is more than an administrative role — it is a key position that supports governance excellence, strengthens charitable partnerships, and helps mobilize corporate generosity initiatives across Traine and Mainline Living.
This part-time role hours per week) focuses on operational coordination and support for the Traine Foundation, including overseeing generosity initiatives both externally and within the organization through the Traine and Mainline Living employee generosity program. The coordinator collaborates closely with Traine Foundation partners, community stakeholders, and the Traine People & Culture team to organize and promote programs and events sponsored by the Traine Foundation.

What You'll Do
Support the Executive Director and Board with agendas, minutes, reporting, and follow-up
Maintain organized, audit-ready governance and compliance documentation
Process and track charitable disbursements
Serve as a primary contact for Foundation partners
Draft professional correspondence, reports, and donor communications
Coordinate logistics for giving initiatives and Foundation-sponsored events
Promote employee generosity programs in collaboration with internal teams
What You Bring
3+ years administrative or executive support experience
Strong written communication and document management skills
Experience supporting senior leadership or boards
High discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
Ability to travel to and from Foundation events
Ability to occasionally attend events on behalf of the Foundation that may occur on an evening or weekend
