Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments
Schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Respond to client inquiries and provide customer support
Manage files and cloud storage systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Assist with research and information gathering
Support project management tasks and follow-ups
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred (Optional) Skills
Experience with CRM systems
Basic social media management knowledge
Familiarity with bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Experience in email marketing platforms
