About

Overview
I run a growing UK property business with:
• 3 HMOs
• 1 Airbnb
• 1 property development project
• A growing personal/property brand
I'm looking for someone to help me systemise operations, improve efficiency, and free up my time so I can focus on scaling development and digital growth.
This is a strategic role, not just admin.

What I Need Help With
• Creating clear SOPs for all properties
• Improving maintenance and contractor tracking
• Setting up dashboards for occupancy, cash flow, and performance
• Organising tenant communication processes
• Building systems to reduce my day-to-day involvement
• Supporting development project tracking

Ideal Candidate
• Experience with UK property (HMOs preferred)
• Strong at building systems and processes
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.
• Financially aware (understands P&L basics)
• Proactive and solution-focused

Goal
Within 60–90 days:
• Clear operational systems in place
• Central dashboard set up
• Reduced founder involvement in daily tasks
• Structured reporting
