We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a process-driven mindset and a proven ability to optimize operations, manage teams, and track performance metrics.
This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities and staff
Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Ensure alignment between teams and operational goals
Support leadership with operational insights and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in operations management and process improvement
Ability to track and interpret operational KPIs and metrics
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
3+ years of experience in operations or a related role
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
