About
We are looking for a Creative Performance Strategist with strong experience in direct response and DTC.
This is not a content planning or branding role.
This is a performance-driven role focused on results.
In this role, you will:
• Analyze winning and losing creatives inside Meta Ads Manager
• Identify structural differences between ads that scale and ads that fail
• Break down hook, angle, emotional trigger, proof and payoff
• Propose clear and concrete iteration directions
• Provide structured script guidance for our editor
• Review 3-day and 7-day performance and recommend iterate / kill / scale
You must be comfortable reading performance data and making decisions based on numbers, not opinions.
Experience required:
• Proven experience scaling DTC brands through Meta
• Strong understanding of hook rate, retention, CTR, CPA and ROAS
• Ability to reverse-engineer high-performing ads
• Clear and structured thinking
This will begin with a paid test assignment where you will analyze:
• One top-performing creative
• One creative that started strong but dropped
• One creative that failed
You will explain why each performed the way it did and propose 3 specific iteration directions.
Initial workload is expected to be around 8–12 hours per week, potentially more during onboarding.
