USCAN, a division of  Richelieu Hardware located in Ville Saint‑Laurent, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative agent to play a key role at the intersection of operations and customer experience. This role is essential to maintaining operational accuracy while delivering professional, responsive service to our valued clients.

Your Impact

You will support both Operations and Internal Sales by ensuring order accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and providing seamless coordination between office, warehouse, and customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and works effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

 Focus: Organization, Efficiency, Communication

  • Process customer orders, credits, and invoices accurately
  • Monitor order lifecycle and shipping timelines
  • Manage returns and RMA process
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP / order management systems
  • Provide proactive updates to customers
  • Support Operations Director and Internal Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with warehouse to resolve shipping issues
  • Participate in the organization of internal events and meetings (including the Health and Safety Committee)

Required Skills

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems
  • Bilingual: English & French (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to correct order discrepancies and logistical challenges
