About
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk will assist in the preparation and input of purchase orders and invoices into the accounting system on a timely basis for development operations.
PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
Three way matching of invoices.
Complete monthly vendor reconciliations.
Contacting vendors regarding outstanding balances and issues.
Performs ad hoc projects as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of AP experience with a large ERP (preferably JDE).
Practical experience and knowledge of 3-way match.
AP experience within construction industry is an asset.
A highly motivated, team player with excellent organizational skills.
Accurate data entry skills.
Ability to develop strong working relationships internally within all areas of the GIP team and externally with vendors.
Able to prioritize and handle large volumes meeting all required deadlines.
WHAT WE OFFER
Expected Base Salary: $40, $50,000.00 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
