About
We're building a fast-growing music marketing platform and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle daily creator outreach.
This role pays $30 per week for sending 60 DMs per day, Monday through Friday. There are also financial incentives available if weekly outreach and response metrics are met.
What You'll Be Doing
Sending 60 direct messages per day to targeted micro-influencers, influencers, and UGC creators on TikTok
Using our proven outreach script (with light personalization)
Targeting specific niches that we provide
Logging daily outreach numbers and responses
Flagging interested creators for our team

Account access
You are not responsible for closing deals or hopping on sales calls — your job is to start conversations and generate interest.
Who We're Looking For
Fluent in English
Comfortable navigating TikTok daily
Consistent and reliable
Detail-oriented
Able to follow systems and instructions closely
Outreach or lead generation experience is a plus
Daily Expectations
60 DMs per day (Monday–Friday)
Accurate tracking of outreach
Clear communication
Performance Incentives
If weekly outreach targets are hit and quality creator responses are generated, we are willing to offer weekly bonuses. Strong performance can also lead to increased pay and long-term work.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
