Hi— I'm hiring for docket research using Trellis (your access/subscription). I need open California probate conservatorship/guardianship matters where the court appointed counsel (look for docket/ROA entries like "Order appointing counsel" / "court-appointed counsel").
Pilot deliverable (paid): 25 qualifying rows in a CSV/spreadsheet with:
County
Case number
Case caption (name in caption)
Appointed counsel name
Exact docket/ROA entry text proving the appointment (e.g., "Order appointing counsel")
Last activity date (to support "open")
Screenshot reference showing the appointment entry (attach image/PDF)
Screening questions:
Do you currently have Trellis access that covers California trial-court dockets? (Yes/No)
Can you run docket text searches for "appointed counsel" / "order appointing counsel"? (Yes/No)
What's your rate for the 25-row pilot, and do you price ongoing work per row or hourly?
If the pilot is clean/verified, I'll expand the scope to additional counties.
