The projects is for one 190 sqft modular buildings.
All drawings and documentation are complete and ready for review. These documents have been used at different project sites without any issues obtaining a permit. The scope is limited to review, signature, and stamping. If any issues are identified, you will have full discretion to redline or mark up the documents as needed. Our team will make any necessary corrections prior to your final approval and stamping.
Scope of Work:
-2 Electrical Drawings for Review and Stamping
-1 WSEC Lighting Compliance Summary for Review and Stamping
Requirements:
-Current Washington PE license in Electrical (provide license number for verification)
-Digital signature verified by a third-party (similar to IdenTrust or equal)
-Ability to review promptly and return stamped documents quickly
This is a one-time task, but we occasionally have similar needs and may reach out again for future projects.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
